Login problems?

Is anyone besides me having issues with account security questions? I never set them, but on release day they start asking me "what city/town was your first job in" and i answered correctly, i even tried shifting the capitals around. no luck.

You have to go in your acct and set the security questions if you never set them up, the replies you put in are the answers.

thats just it, i cant login. it tells me to put SEQ answers in i never set up, so it is keeping me locked out of my own account

contact Bioware, the've had plenty of issues with these Security Questions. Only way to contact them though is by calling them.

contacted em last night, they outsourced me to India, and all i got was "well we can't help you over the phone because we can't verify that this is your account", so they told me to email customer support with my account name, a copy of a valid ID, and my real name. i did that and haven't gotten word since
