i won a 33% off any Valve title through the Steam sale. i want to use it ASAP but i don't know what to get. i have:

DoD:S
CS:S
TF2
Portal 1

i'm looking at getting L4D2 or Portal 2.

Hard choice on your hands. Portal 2 is great, one of the best games you will play. L4D2 I found I have not played that much, good to play with friends, same thing with killing floor.

Well, L4D2 has massive replay. Portal 2 I haven't played since April.
