Though it may be a hassle, It is cost efficient to buy the parts and build your own computer. I would make a thread over in the Tech Forums and give them the amount that you are willing to spend.

You can always get a better deal and more powerful hardware when you build your own computer, compared to the same price to buy a prebuilt one.
