Fraurrix, Guild Wars 2 is supposedly a way more casual game then WoW (If you want it to be). They want you to take your time through the game and dynamic events. They don't want the max-level to be the only fun part of the game. In fact, at a lower level, you can do almost all of the things a max-level can do.
