What's Cooking for New Years ?

I will be cooking a 6 to 8 pound Prime Rib, sweet Vidilla onions & mushrooms, with white wine & garlic sauce. Maybe some Sweet corn, Garlic mash potatoes & a fresh garden salad. I will have several shots of Crown Royal backed up with some tequlia. For dessert a Black Forest Cake. That's what Cooking @ my House!! What's cooking @ yours?
