The two best things that a man can get.
Had a ton of sinus infections, got knee surgery in march, missed a ton of school for both reasons dragging my grades down. I'm ready for this year to end on a good note, which it should since i got a new laptop and tomorrow is my 18th birthday.

Let me see. I built my computer in January. I earned high awards in the state latin convention. I went to Europe with my school choir over spring break and saw France and Spain. I feel like I gained a lot from this trip. I went to Bamf, Canada and Glacier National Park this summer, and it was wonderful. I came to school this fall, and got to sing in close mens harmony while serenading a girl, lol! I also had a wonderful year gaming with my friends here at eGO.
Wow, writing out my whole year now, I really did do more than most years. Its been a great year, and thanks for being a part of it ego!

it was just fine for me
neither too good or bad.
was there when we all celebrate EdgeGamers birthday, promoted to eGO, met a lot of new allies via Arma2 OA, played a number of new games.
but sport accident which torn my right ankle ligament and unable to walk for two months, and traffic accident shortly after that.
overall, it was around 7 scaling from 1-10. but then again, it should be a great year after all

Just crap. Was screwed by an expensive, elite college and now I'm a at a meh, community college. Then by best friend had some troubles that required her to live with my family. I'm really concerned the crap going on in Washington and around the world will start affecting us. 
But, then again, I got my Driver's License, joined eGO, got promoted to eG (within a year!), and met made many friends. So my year is not THAT crappy.

i normally don't post on the polls, but i want to in this case to explain my other vote.
2011 was a love hate type of year for me, but overall pretty fantastic when i think about it. first off i moved to an area that does not have the internet, so i am really unable to participate with eGO any longer and stuff other than my brief check ins at a friends house etc, so that sucked a lot. not to mention my loss of CSS, league of legends, and other online games i enjoyed and was looking forward too (firefall!!!).
i however did have a couple new additions to my family, my niece and soon to be niece, a wonderful woman that my father started seeing and her incredible daughter, as well as my aunt becoming much more active and connected in our lives which is all very amazing.
the biggest highlight was definitely finding my current job. i spent a long time battling unemployment trying to start my career in the construction trades, then a friend referred me to a small in-town company that was needing help and it immediately kicked off great. we're even keeping extremely busy through this off season which is very refreshing.
looking forward to 2012 and all it can bring, and just remember things always seem down and gloomy when thats all you focus on.
