Why must steam put a cap on how many friends I can add at 60? I swear i've seen people with over a hundred....I smell a conspiracy. :frown:

Maybe th? cap increase , like it would d?pend on how much dollars you have spent on steam??

164 here. Would be more but I have a policy of deleting players who haven't signed on in over 30 days and players who use cats as their forums avatar. There is a hard limit at 255/256. Don't know why it stopped you at 60. Are you FTP? I could maybe see if Steam hasn't made a dime off you they might impose some limits.

Now, about this cap, is it usable by all classes? And are you looking to trade it?

Hahaha idol. No, I'm not F2p since I've spent tons O cash on stream and tf2

Cap is 250 or 255, I've been either at or near that for the last two years straight :P

I have 249 right now ;)

You need to buy a key to unlock a crate which in turn has a chance to give you an extra friend slot, which is not tradeable, but can be painted or crafted

I used to have near 300 a long time ago, I have no clue how. It caused me problems when I was adding someone, haha.

Yeah, I figured out what the problem was. Turns out it wasn't my limit that was the problem it was the person I was trying to add and had forgotten "their" friend list was already full not mine. lol

I'll give you a hint as to whom it was. He is the highest ranking person we know in the TF2 division.
