World PVP?

Around what level or planet to does world pvp become frequent because now I have went all the way through Nar Shadda and have yet to see a single republic player?

It's become a big issue for me on Alderaan and Taris. It's almost totally blocked my progression because of the ganking by people 5+ levels above me and/or in groups.

This is why I hate world PvP. It's pointless, idiotic and just not fun.

And as far as the responses that I'm sure I'll get:

a) Yes, I'm QQing about it. But I came here to support and play with the guild. So far, I haven't been doing much of the latter, though.
b) I do not enjoy unstructured and unbalanced PvP (read: ganking.) I do enjoy taking part in PvP matchup things, though.
c) I'd love to group up to defend myself, but random PUGs last as long as the quest and nobody in guild ever seems interested in it. Guess I'm not part of the cool kids clique or whatever.
d) Sorry if this offends anyone, just venting frustrations. On a PvE server I'd probably be 50 by now, but levelling has become a huge chore now because of all the ganking, so I end up either not playing or retreating to an alt.

While Nar Shaddaa does have World PVP the quest lines for the Empire and the Republic are still kept apart but there are ways to get into the others territory you just have to go out of your way, World PVP on Nar Shaddaa is more frequent when doing the bonus series. Once you hit Tatooine PVP is almost every where you go, and the same on all planets after Tatooine.

The WoW player cool down on new MMOs is the first 30 days. Wait until the 21st and it will get a lot better. Especially in general chat.
