There are ONLY two mandatory practice times from this point forward:
Tuesday and Thursday at:
9PM EST
8PM CST
7PM MST
6PM PST
In regards to matches, all members wishing to play in a match need to show up no later than 1 hour before the match is scheduled to begin. This is to ensure that we have all of players in place and ready to go. During this time, we may discuss strategies or other items pertaining to the upcoming match. If that is not necessary, you will be free to play and warm-up in other Battlefield 3 servers than the match server until roughly 20 minutes before match start. At that point, we will log into the CEVO client and begin making preparations for our teams/squads in the upcoming match.
DO NOT EXPECT TO SHOW UP 15-30 MINUTES BEFORE A MATCH AND AUTOMATICALLY HAVE A SPOT IN THE MATCH. Even if you make it to practice, that's only half of the requirement. You must be at the practice and show up for the match 1 hour before match time in order to have a reserved slot on the team the night of the match.
If one or both of these requirements are not met, we will begin choosing players based on skill levels and a "first come, first served" basis for matches. We don't care if you're the 2nd worst BF3 player that ever walked the Earth. If you're dedicated to our team, YOU WILL GET TO PLAY!!! Battlefield 3 is a tactical, team-oriented shooter, which means that teams that work together have more success than lone-wolf type players. Therefore, we value and reward the dedication of our team members.
If you believe you are not getting to play even though you are showing up to practices and dedicated, come find me and we'll get it sorted out.
All other practices and strategy planning times will be optional. Although you are encouraged to participate in non-mandatory events, we understand that real-life comes first, and while we require time to be successful, we will not attempt to rob you of your precious time in other sections of eGO or in real life.
