Pretty much headphones all the time, though I hook up my phone with Pandora to my speakers sometimes.

Yay for my Logitech G35!
 
I use my headset if I am playing serious, but will occasionally use my speakers in pubs.

Sometimes rock no sound as well, when I'm watching TV.
 
I cant game without my headsets, or even get on my computer at that. I listen to music and have vent going almost any time I have my computer on. Needless to say when I am on the computer I have a headset on.

*Unless its for brief periods of time, of course.
 
I usually use speakers because the headphone jack on my headset is broken.
 
I only use a headset when I have Vent open.

A bit overkill on the mic, but I love it and it works great for recording music.
