How to Recruit people to eGO 101

I have come up with this easy way to get people to join eGO and i think some of you might find it helpful. Step one how do you talk to future members.
Simple add them on steam and wait for them to accept or deny it.
Step two once they accept it.
Simple kind words go a long way with people. So start off with a simple. How are you. or if you really feel like getting right into it how about " I was wondering if you were interested in Joining eGO(edge-gamers). Its fun. Its free. "- this is my common asking.
Step three if they are interested or not.
Always give them the website. Many people will go look even if they say no to you and might come back a day, a week later and ask for help in how to join.
Next are steps to helping people with Application.
I know the PSC has a video and posts but i find this a lot more simple to do.
Steps
Step one is registering with the eGO site at http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/cmps_index.php and registering under the name (type the name in)
Step two is going to this link and entering your steam id in http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/maul.php?p=mygameids your steam id is (give them the steam id)
** if you don't know how to find steam id. Look under player ranking or even use http://steamidfinder.com/
Step three is applying at http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=636 by hitting new thread and entering the information i give you.
In this step you will give them all the info that they need so is a simple copy paste and fill in the blank.

Real name:
Age:
Which division of eGO are you joining
ODSSteamID - STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX (?): STEAM_0:0:1
Time Zone (EST / CST / PST / MST / GMT / Other - specify):
Recommended by: Border Control Agent
If you follow these steps i think recruiting will easy and your recruit will find it much more helpful.
Also do not forget to invite them to the steam groups so they know about events and such.
