Your Council is ecstatic to announce the return of JohnT to the Community Manager ranks after an extended break.
John is an original founder of eGO and been assigned the title of Chief Brand Officer or CBO. Wikipedia describes the position as "a relatively new executive-level position at a corporation, company, organization, or agency, typically reporting directly to the CEO or board of directors. The CBO is responsible for a brand's image, experience, and promise, and propagating it throughout all aspects of the company. The brand officer oversees marketing, advertising, design, public relations and customer service departments." It's a fitting description for John, who's initial focus will be on marketing eGO and recruiting.
Those of you who have had the pleasure of talking with John know that he's very social and approachable, often stating that the ShoutBox is his division. Look for him to start out slow and appear in more and more eGO venues.
