Razer, DeathAdder (right place)

I bought his mouse and it was working perfectly until i held down the profile button on the bottom. After that the logo light stopped flashing and the mouse stopped working. Also, the PC says that the mouse has malfunctioned and that its an unknow device. Its really anoying because its brand new. Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this, to reset the mouse..etc..?

you should get the mouse replaced or contact customer support for (dont know what brand the mouse is)

since you bought it from another person, im not sure if the warranty for it will apply
