Status Update my steam account is now mine-again, the e-mail account linked to it has been closed and an alternate is in place. This being said you may now unblock me or send me a friend request and I will accept.

Also if you are a member of Beemer's chat group on steam, it will be closing as of Monday 23 Jan 2012, I am starting a new group called Beemer's Warriors, and have sent invites to all members of my previous group

Oh I did too, just took a week to get it, which impressed me as I have heard horror stories of it taking months, and talked to two people that it took over a year to get their accounts back. Think what saved me was buying a couple of games from the store and using a credit card AND having the cd keys wrote down.
Plus as soon as it happened, I changed the e-mail linked to it,then the hacker changed it, then I changed it yet again...lmao, that, locked the account down, so the hacker only had it for a couple of hours, plus I have friends that have worked for valve,who got in touch with their friends , who still work for valve.
Not to mention, the wife calling microsoft, and EA to save my e-mail and Origins, poor hacker didnt know what hit him.
