This was found in History and Structure
Our Rank Structure:

=(e)= members are recruits. They are learning the ways of eGO and getting to know everyone within the clan. e’s are held to higher standards than regular pubs on our servers. Although admin is not given at this point, they are watched closely to see who is capable of being an admin.
=(eG)= admins are probationary admins with limited admin ability. These members have read and signed off on our rules and admin regulations and are full members of the clan.
=(eGO)= admins are masters of mature gaming. These members know how to respond to almost all situations or how to contact the right people if they don’t. They have the admin tools to handle all situations and help teach others the way to act and admin.

Advisors are experienced clan members, essential to keeping eGO running. They are the first level of clan leadership and are the GO-TO people in the event of a problem. They report to their Division Leaders.

Tech Advisors hold the same responsibilities as a normal advisor, but oversee specific systems within eGO. These people report to the technical council team.
Division Leaders are the highest level of leadership for each division. They are wise, trusted members who’s opinions help shape policy within eGO. They report directly to the Council.

Divisional Council members are the key decision makers for the clan. They are responsible for ensuring that all divisions within eGO run perfectly and that our membership is informed and happy. All policy is handed down to the clan by them either directly or by delegation to the Division Leaders.

Technical Council members have specific technical responsibity over crucial systems. The Community Managers rely on these members for their advanced knowledge and forward-looking thinking.
Director of Operations (DOO) will serve as lead-Council, holding a position between Community Managers and Divisional Council. The (DOO) will make the final call on matters that we used to rely on Community Managers for, freeing them to work with the community and sponsor partners to build eGO.
Community Managers are ultimately responsible, to the world outside of the clan, for everything within eGO. They work as a Council Member, but, relying on the wisdom and good advice of the entire Council, have the final say on all matters.
