Archer Season 3: Discussion & Reminder Thread

[Sexy Beast]

So Archer season three is starting up this Thursday at 10 PM on FX. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, Archer is the third animated series created by Adam Reed. His two former shows were the classic Sealab 2021 and the criminally underrated Frisky Dingo. The show revolves around Sterling Malory Archer, the deadliest spy in the world...who is also immature, self-centered, unprofessional, woefully sexist. Archer works for ISIS, a secret spy organization run by his mother Malory Archer. ISIS is populated by employees that ran from competent to incompetent to completely deranged.

The shows humor is really self-referential, many of the jokes build on events from previous episodes. If you've seen Frisky Dingo or even Arrested Development then you get an idea what that means.

Season one is up on Netflix now...season 2 is DVD only at this point.
