Worried about the HORROR part of it but it looks very improved from the last one. Thoughts? Comments? Critiques? Cant wait for this myself

EDIT: It seem as though you can play as three characters in this one, along with many more new faces. Leon, Chris, and some mercenary (HUNK? I hope so. Favorite RE character EVER!).

You can run/slide/jump/glide/fall/swim/eat and gun now apparently (lol just exaggerating), and you can now take cover, which to me seems a bit odd, considering you're shooting zombies (yeah, zombies are back!) and that one thing with the tentacle proved that taking cover is really ineffective.

Cool. RE5 was a letdown. I got bored mad fast and the setting and theme sucked IMO. I didn't even beat it. This one looks far superior, and I'm digging the mostly urban environment again. Thanks for posting.

I'm excited and btw that wasn't hunk. He doesn't look like that. I'm going to preorder it as soon as I can, once I buy almost 300 bucks on pc parts >_>. Gonna get it on xbox however, along with Operation Raccoon City.

HUGE RE fanboy. Love all the games. I love that this one is at least attempting to find a middle ground between the survival horror of 0-3 and the action of 4-5. Really looking forward to it. Hopefully "Revelations" will go a long way in helping me get my RE fix until November.

Also, I can't BELIEVE they're bringing Sherry Birkin back (un-named 3rd protagonist's partner in the video, confirmed at Japanese press conference)! Keeping my fingers crossed for Claire Redfield, and if I'm REALLY lucky, Billy Coen and Rebecca Chambers. It would be the best game ever if they could throw all of those amazing protagonist's into one game.
 
Chris looks incredibly toned down, if I can't punch boulders I will be severely disappointed.

Crap I can't decide, why don't I play RE6 so I can have the best of both worlds!!!

Game developers these days have no originality :glare:
 
Please no Co-Op in this game. That ruined RE5 by taking the horror element out of the RE games.

I'll be sure to get this, but I hope I won't be let down for the second straight time.

I never even played co-op and I felt that the horror element was taken out, I just think the genre shifted from survival horror and put more emphasis on action, and not because of co-op additions.
 
People still wanting horror >_> I just want my RE fix. And it will have co-op, nothing you can do. Don't like it, play with a friend :P
 
Word on the street is that it will not only have co-op, but 6 player co-op...

I don't really care about co-op that much, honestly. I'd like to have the option to play it, sure, but I probably won't use it THAT much even if it is there.
