My First Tablet

Well after waiting for about three weeks my Christmas present finally arrived last Tuesday. I know some of you guys are in the market for tablets, so if you have any questions about this one regarding quality, build, etc, please ask. This is my first tablet so I am not an android aficionado (yet), but I am very familiar with the hardware aspects. Too bad I can't take a picture of my tablet with the camera on the back of the tablet. It takes better pictures than my point and shoot does...

Also, I found a very useful site for tracking who has this tablet in stock, as it is extremely hard to find for the list price.

Ooo, the Transformer Prime. That's pretty much THE #1 Android tablet available. Using Tegra3 processor (a 4+1 core CPU), it has been noted that the initial, early production models experienced WiFi issues. However, those problems have been fixed for the most part. good choice my friend......quad-core pwns with the Asus prime. Battery life is excellent too.

I barely use my tablet though TBH, basically my smartphone performs most of it and i just use my macbook air as my portable =/

Was thinking bout selling my touchpad but ehh $99, can't beat that and i'll see how CM9 goes, looks like theyre haulin ass on getting it stable

Yeh there are some android tax applications so I guess you could if you wanted to. I don't think there's a quicken app yet

Yeh 150 dollars is too much for a middle-of-the-road quality keyboard though. Even with the battery. I'd rather buy another G19 with that sort of money.
