Was playing in the de_dust2 24/7 server earlier today and a player named "New day new nick" was using a blatent aimbot that everyone saw. He was kicked but I assume it would be preferred that he would be banned - grabbed his id before he was removed.

We only do bans off proof. You need to take a demo of cheating and send it in.
But here is the correct place to post Ban Requests.

Add some eGs and eGOs to your friends list, you can always call on them if you're unsure on how to record a demo and do a ban request.
