I promote this! Basically we are trying out a new server config reminiscent of the BC2 Hardcore. Everything is HC settings except that Player health is still 100% instead of 60% and Regnerate Health is On (So that we keep the 1:1 Ratio). Friendly Fire is On, 3D Spotting is Off. Also by disabling the HUD/Minmap it disables the map for the Mortar! So when you all get the change check it out and spread the word on other forums if possible to promote our new server config.

IMO the server name is TOO descriptive, people will just pass over it in battlelog. But I'll try and fill when I can

Yes because all the normal players want is normal damage and health...

You just have to turn off the filters for hardcore, normal, and infantry only.

for this to work we actually need members to put effort into it, everytime I log in, I see 12+ other members in games that aren't our servers, a select few of us have been working hard to fill these when we can, most of the time to no avail, we get 10 members playing, then after one round, half of them leave and go play elsewhere. It's a little annoying because it kills my SPM to sit on nearly empty servers with 5 other people.

TDM and Rush have been pretty self sustaining lately, if they die, it usually doesn't take more then 6 of us to start having the regular pubs to start joining, they usually fill up in 1-2 rounds. We need to get our conquest and this new server to the same point. But the same thing seems to happen, we get the conquest to about 30 people (mostly eGO guys) then after 1-2 rounds, half the eGO guys bail and the server dies again. Our members have to understand, it's going to take time and effort to get these 64 players up and running to the point where they will be self sustaining.

Thats because the little time I have to play, I don't want to sit in empty eGO Servers for three hours filling them up every night, I want to jump into a map and play. I know it is all our responsibity to fill servers, which I do contribute to like everyone else.....but it is not our jobs to do it day in day out.

I think we are changing our servers so often, we don't have many returning pubs or those that have it fav'd for one thing/setup, then we change it..... The servers I have fav'd, minus ours, are servers that have had the same configs, consistent configs....and are full or close to, all the time.

Other members need to understand, if it takes time and effort (2-3 hours) to fill a server, there is something wrong with our configs.....just my opinion.

The more likely answer is, like you said, people already have there favorite servers and they will go play on them, it's hard to get people to search for new ones when most people already have the ones they like favorited.
