This is kind of an odd topic, but I was wondering if any of you had any tips for somebody trying to raise tuition for school?

I'm in a rut because I've never been able to take my desired path of post-secondary education due to the costs of the program. Due to that, I have no skills that could give me a decent paying job. And with a lack of a decent paying job, it's impossible for me to save up the tuition I need or school when almost all of it gets spent on living costs.

I don't have anyone willing to co-sign a student loan, unfortunately. So, really, it's all up to me. I've made sacrifices such as quitting smoking and taking care of my own haircuts to help save more, but it's not enough.

Anyone have any suggestions? I feel trapped in a loop. :(

I dont really know much about tuition things but if you need cash just save up
Eat ramen everyday and go to good will for clothes

Some schools will let you pay your tuition over the semester. This way it's not such a big hit at the beginning of the semester. Another thing you may look into is jobs on campus once you start. I worked as a dispatcher while I was at school. You don't necessarily need a high paying job if you work several jobs, just saying. Anyways, those are just a few suggestions besides looking for scholarships. Apply for as many of those as you can.

I thought about this, but there's a problem. I'm taking a full-time program and it requires complete dedication. It requires you to basically put all your down time into working on your project.

I'm gonna see if I live in a car for the summer months I go to school. That would knock like $2,000 off living fees.

Apply for grants and scholarships. My girlfriend got 8k from those alone this semester.

Have you talked to a financial aid advisor at your school yet? All they do is financial aid, and they may know about scholarships or grants that you'd qualify for. There's a lot of aid out there that students might not know about, but they would. Your program advisor may even know about something. Good luck!!
