Blinky Screen on BF2

Hi all,

Went and played BF2 the other day (first time since BF3 came out) and my screen was all blinky??? (I am still running dual 6950's and was only running Medium with 1920X1200 screen size). KillerCanKill jumped in too and had the same problem.

Anyone else have this problem or know what to do about it?

did some research, it has to do with the new drivers, AMD geared them towards BF3 and left out BC2 specific content. If you run BC2 on low settings you will not have the issue. Unfortunately, there is no other cure to this problem.

When I had blinky screens in the past with bc2 I would always change my field of view to 80 and it would fix the issue.

I've had blinky screens in BC2, but not BF2. I hope you get your problem solved.

KCK...Are you running the AMD Radeon chipset graphics cards?

I suspected the driver upgrades as they were the only thing that changed in my system.

Did it also effect the GTX chipset?

I had that once but i restarted Bfbc2 again and it went away

BC2 would do that and for some reason pressing tab a few times would take it away haha.
