Statistics issues?

I play a lot on the Avalanche server, but have always some kind of problems with the statistics. Some times points are given/registered; other times not.
For example in the below "log" no points were given nor received.
Sometimes typing "statsme" or "session" provides information. other times no response.
According to TAB-score it can be 50-25 where Session-score shows 30-17.

Is that a general problem? Or only me. Don't think only me, because i assume other players do not get my points when it's not registered.
I have already for many months. Only about 2 months ago it seamed to have improved.

I have heard time to time that others have this problem. Hopefully some else can help answer.

Here was leadership's response back in 2009:

Leadership is well aware of this problem and is working hard to rectify the situation. The new stats system is fairly complicated so please be patient with us as we sort everything out. Thanks!

That being said, there have been periods of time between then and now where the program records better or worse. I am not sure why, and because of the complicity of the programming involved, I doubt the root of the problem here has ever been discovered.

I will contact our tech team again and see if they can probe for the problem.

I will post back here if anything is discovered.

I have not only noticed this on Strand but there are puggers that have keyed up the mics & asked why are the points not showing up.?
