stuttering problems?

anyone else get stuttering problems? Everything around me is smooth, but when i try to aim, that's when I'm screwed. When I'm aiming and moving my sight it's really choppy sometimes and it has been getting worse. Can't figure out wats causing the problem, drivers up to date, no overheating, internet connection is fine, and my hardware is better than minimal specs. THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN BF3 AND NOTHING ELSE.

q8300 @2.5Ghz
GTX560ti @900mhz
8gb DDR2 ram
1TB HDD Seagate 7200rpm
zonet zew1690 wifi card speed on speedtest is 20/20 on average
ASUS mobo (cant remember model)
23inch (DVI)and 19 inch monitor (VGA)

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!! had to use some console commands

Do you have Mouse Raw Input turned on by default in your in-game settings? Try turning it off. When the game first came out mouse raw input turned on made it impossible for me to aim at anything.

Also make sure that the 'Enable origin in-game' option is turned OFF(on by default) under the origin -> settings -> in-game tab. This solved my mouse raw input issue.

turning off raw input made my problems worse but i'll try the second thing u said
 
I also have this same exact problem ever since the last BF3 update. I rolled back to the 290.36 nvidia driver version and still no joy. I am using the same exact graphics card.

What DPI and Polling rate(Hz) is your mouse set to? When i had mouse problems back in the day...

I notice this one thing. The game plays well to a low polling rate and a low dpi. I had no issues setting my mouse to 500/800 dpi(originally 3600dpi in bc2) and downgrading my polling rate from 1000Hz to 125Hz. But when i turned my mouse settings back up to 1000Hz(polling rate) that's when it became impossible for me to aim at anything again.

This step stated above and in my previous post fixed my mouse issue entirely. I am currently able to play with my original mouse settings back from bc2 which are currently set to 3600dpi and 1000Hz.

If this step in bold does nothing for you, i suggest trying out a lower polling rate and a lower dpi.

just want to post this in case anyone else is having issues, turn the "latency" slider all the way to the left... helped me out... now there isnt anymore stuttering. :)

options=> gameplay (its at the bottom, on the left menu)
 
It helps reg too.

Also, just for the people getting black screens in between map changes. Turn the "Turn Hard Drive Off After:" setting off in Power Options.
