pro tips:
(1) use spreadsheet to get a rough estimate of the value. never trust it 100% especially when it comes to buds and such where price frequently chances.
(2) go to tf2tp.
(i) make a search for people who're selling buds. check and see what the sellers are trying to sell for. also check to see what price is seems to be working (note if the bud in trade is deleted or not).
(ii) make a search for people who're buying buds. see what people are trying to buy it for.
you'll see lots of overballing and lowballing but with a little bit of thought you can figure out what price is working, how the price is changing, and if it is how fast is it increasing/decreasing.
(3) you can also try tf2outpost. but it's usually slower than tf2tp when it comes to changing of price.

I never pay attention to anything even remotely like these websites. I'd rather just learn the prices from experience and figure em out based on how good it looks (or in the case of weapons, if it's practical and/or OP), and if said item is in demand or not.
In addition, I prefer to just haggle with the prices.
