This is a little game a group of us Imperial players came up with tonight, while we were hunting down the bounties placed on our counterparts on the Republic side. The rules of posting will be very simple and all I ask is for people to follow a certain format when making a post in this forum. The format is as following:

Players name:
Person with bounty on their head's name:
Failure or Success on claiming the bounty:

Followed by a description of the hunt and what factors contributed to either a Success or Failure.

This post is designed to keep a record of the bounties posted on people and the people that took the time to claim those bounties. If a group goes after a bounty each person should detail the role they played in it. Also, I would like to request that if a hunt is failed do to another player getting involved and tipping off the prey that their name not be disclosed during your post.

This post is not designed in any fashion to upset anyone that might be reading it.

After visiting the local bounty board found at the Imperial Fleet I was shocked to find a worthy Bounty had been posted on a high ranking officer in the Republic that required the expertise of a true marksman. It had been awhile since a bounty was posted and after consulting with my sources around the galaxy it was determined that the target was located on the planet of Quesh undertaking a mission of vital importance for the Republic. So the hunt began as I mounted the ramp leading to my X-70 B Phantom starship and plotting the fastest course to Quesh.

Upon landing on the planet I remembered how much I disliked the poisonous waste filled environment and the vow I made to myself to never return to it, but I had a job to fulfill and prey to track down. Upon setting out on my journey I stumbled across several other Imperial members going after the same target. It was agreed upon that in order for us to find our target we would have to work together and split the reward for the kill of our target. So we set out heading to in the general area it was believed our target was located within. The journey was not without its dangers as we soon found many Republic members within the area making it harder for our group to stay undetected. After checking many locations and various caves and buildings it was determined our target was nowhere to be found. During this time, I contemplated giving up my search and just heading back to my starship, but as luck would have it we made a breakthrough in our search. We stumbled upon a corpse of our target and it was believed that they had been taken back to the Republic base for medical attention.

This was both good and bad news because we finally knew where are target was located, but unfortuanily they were in a heavy fortified base that would be hard to get into it. It was determined that our group of hunters would try to sneak past the guards and eliminate our target before anyone knew what happened. I was chosen to scout ahead of my group and to infiltrate the enemy base first. Upon entering I quickly eluded all the guards and sought after my target. When I finally found my target I called the rest of the group letting them know that I was going for the kill, but after hesitating a moment, do to guards being around, my target had vanished. My opportunity had slipped right between my fingers in a matter of seconds. I was furious with myself and after returning to my ship empty handed I decided to contact my sources to find out if anyone knew where the target had vanished to but no one knew where the target was. It was hours later that I found out that one of my very own allies had tipped the target to the presence of my group and that allowed the target to escape us unharmed.

ok not the best writer in the world but here goes...

Upon hearing of the search and in an effort to spread out our net I traveled to Quesh to aide my fellow Imperials in apprehending this most dangerous and elusive enemy. Shortly after arrival I learned that our prey had been spotted and made my way to the targets location....

But as so often happens the darkside turned on itself...

Before I could arrive at the targets location a fellow Sith betrayed our order and tipped off our target...anger, hate, rage filled my being and I swore revenge if I ever discovered the true identity of our betrayer. Empty handed I proceeded to raise the Republic base in a storm of lightning before heading out to Tatooine and seeking the bounty of another...

Failure or Success on claiming the bounty: Failure

I had trained many longs years to be among the most elite of the Empire's marksmen, and during my days working for Imperial Intelligence, I had mastered both Surveillance and Assassination, but the glory days of Espionage and intrigue were over. It was mid-evening Dromund Kaas time, and I was busy preparing my equipment for an assignment on Hutta the following day. I was soon contacted by a former colleague from the now dissolved Imperial Intelligence. He informed me of a Bounty that he was intent on collecting. To collect this bounty he had assembled a small strike team to infiltrate Republic territory on the toxic planet Quesh. Never one to beat around the bush, I asked what he wanted of me.

One must understand that, contrary to popular belief, no operative or bounty hunter ever completes their mission alone. Behind every great Agent and every successful Bounty is a huge support net. Much as the organization's name had suggested, Intelligence in the form of information was required for all good espionage. My Colleague knew that I had a very large, very deep web of contacts and informants throughout the galaxy. That is why I was called to assist.

Using the latest in inter-stellar communications technology, I was able to stay in real-time contact with my Colleague as he pursued his prize. I contacted my people in the Republic and quickly ascertained the rough coordinates of the Bounty on Quesh. I quickly communicated the current missions on Quesh that were being undertaken by this Republic Sage, as my informants told me was her specialty. With constant information flow the Strike Team inched closer and closer to the kill. It was not long until she was located, and soon the team would have cause to collect their bounty.

Unfortunately, as is such in the business of Espionage, one of the many contacts had betrayed my trust and had sent a warning to the prey. It took but a second, with my colleagues finger still on the trigger, for the Sage to disappear. Knowing full-well that she had returned to the safety of the Republic Fleet, the Strike team and I shared a moment of anguish, before a deep, seething rage overtook us. We had all been so close, and yet the Jedi had slipped through our grasp. Only the future will tell if I will have a chance to return the favor to my contact, but for now, I continue on my mission of death and reward...

Failure or Success on claiming the bounty: Success

Upon entering the Coruscant system I received a transmission from one of my contacts who informed me of a jedi in the area with a rather large bounty on their head. I gathered all useful information on the target, then proceeded to upload said information to a squad of seeker droids. Shortly afterwards I lost contact with one of the droids who was near a Republic base of operations. I set out with a marksman from my crew to investigate, upon reaching the base we encountered an Imperial agent code named Seablade.
Upon infiltrating the base our now group of three quickly came across the target. The Jedi spotted me and made a break for it deeper into the republic base, the agent give chase while my marksman setup for combat. Shortly after the Republic forces engaged us, I left the sniper to do his job and went to assist the agent who had moved further into hostile territory. A pair of heavy assault droids charged to engage me before I could reach the target, I took them out just in time to see the Jedi turn the corner and bolt back up the ramp he had ran down, obviously not noticing me in the midst of the battle that had broken out in the location. I opened up with both blasters and took the target out before he could counter me. Thus claiming another bounty for the empire
