Fable The Lost Chapters error

I bought Fable TLC today, hoping i'd be able to experience the nostalgia from one of my favorite games, but when ever i go to start the game, an error will pop up saying that Fable has closed unexpectedly, and that i should start it in safe mode, I start it in safe mode and then the game crashes.

Any idea why this is doing that? And how do I go about fixing it?
I'd hate to have payed money for a broken game.

Right-click, properties, select the compability tab..

You should try to run the game as administrator.

Okay, it works now, thanks a lot


New problem though, sometimes you cant hear what they are saying, yet the subtitles keep going.
