I can't remember what I was reading so I apologize if you need a credible source, but it said that if you just get up every hour and move around for 20 seconds you are doing tons to counter the effects of sitting around too much.

OR as stated... An underlying health condition.

But for long games, I can hardly play ArmA 2 for more than 1 hour without my a**e going numb. That and the urge to stand up and grab a drink will probably save my life should I want to spend hours playing a game xD

Luckily, I drink when I game, so every hour I take at least 2 bathrooms breaks.

I have a health condition that if not taken seriously, could cause me problems. I'm not dumb enough to do something that would cause me to keel over.

So, underlying health condition, lack of common sense and stupidity killed him.

I play on average for 10-13 hours a day when I'm not busy....which is 98% of the time.
