My issue is as follows: People flash banging their team intentionally. People mic spamming and swearing without result. People being generally ignorant to us "e" members without the full tag are not appreciated or accepted. I am no troll but I am one to maintain a sensible order in our servers. As some of you know.. I ran the Shock and Awe server system for several years and before that {VII} and {SIN} also D-Fox, the server outlet etc. and in 1.6. and source Im not a stickler but I am bound by the rules of these servers and I do not appreciate the disrespect and swearing..........rules which I have admittedly broken and for which I am sorry for. However someone with the banhammer needs to make their presence known to fellow cs players in our presently filled and capable community.

Thanks, its more of a rant than anything bc of tonight.

I apologize for the mistakes I've made now its time for them and /or you to reconcile with your mistakes.

We know your pain. Everyone feels like that at sometime but the truth of the matter is we cant just start banning everyone for first offences. We understand the complaints that have been listed and we try to fix it but sometimes there are some on the server who do that. Best thing to do is add a few G's or O's on steam and when theres a problem contact one of them. There is also admin chat. Go to team chat and add an @ symbol before your message. EX (Team):@ There is freekilling.

Thank you for your fast reply. I "know" im not alone but I do however stick with the rules and make them clear as they are not being followed. I believe the banhammer is only necessary when offences have been repeated... However as I similarly said .. a show of force.. is necessary to those regular offenders. I am a patient person but as I am home gaming away from work, school... LIFE . and if all is good I like to have a drama free dept. This is OURS all of OURS and we should protect it keep the drama and shenanigans down and keep keeping on. Be friendly but 0 tolerance to certain actions.

Next time if you have a issue like this drop box it I know Cryptex would love to slove your problem
 
Thanks Raul Tha Monk I do appreciate your comment as well. May I ask who cryptex is.. I am new and quite unfamiliar to the 9393494394 people on here as you might understand hehe.

Cryptex is a CS:S Advisor. This is what you could do next time you're in an eGO server without an admin, and rules are getting broken: Steam chat an admin. Just ask them to hop in the server and see whats going on.

Hey Grimm,

We have all ran into situations that have set us over the deep end and in that sense, it's hard to avoid those situations. We have some regulars on our servers that constantly test our rules because they think that since they've played with us for a certain amount of time that they're above the rules, which isn't the case. Yes, it is very frustrated and the disrespect put forth towards =(e)=™'s is completely disheartening and very much unneeded.

As everyone else said, go ahead and add some =(eG)=™'s and =(eGO)=™'s to your friends list on the servers that you frequent almost on a daily basis.

Also, go ahead and add me. I am pretty much on at all times but I tend to stay up late a lot and I'll always come in to handle any situation that arises.

I hope all is well and I hope that these issues slowly disappear.

I do apologize for my lack of knowledge on such security measures. I have been familiar with cs 1.6 administration mods (most of them) however, I have only seen the workings of amx 10 which I've used on cs source but I've not seen many admin mods. This is due to the fact
that I havent played this game in 2 plus years until recently and not much before that. Thanks to the original cs and my crappy comps hehe. Also iMpactX thanks for taking time to reply to the subject.. and inform me that cryptex is no dude haha.

Hey GRIMM,

I feel your pain. Having 5 populated servers can attract many flies that become annoying. But the best thing you can do, in addition to the advice above, is record anything you see that breaks eGO policy. I'll assume that you know how to record a demo and find a players STEAM Id, but in case you don't:

To list current players STEAM Id, open the console by pressing "~" and type "status". This will display all current players and their STEAM Id's. Copy the disrupting players STEAM and include it in a Ban Request located HERE.

To record a demo, open the console by pressing "~" and typing "record TITLE", replacing TITLE with the name of the naughty kid. Once you have sufficient footage, open the console up and type "stop". Demo's are automatically saved to your cstrike folder.

You can add me to your steam. i do tend to kick for spawn camper,team flasher and deal more situation. just add us and private us or whatever you have method with your ability. i would recommend you find an admin who isn't busy with their personability life or somewhere or get on vent find an admin under css like blindy he like to help anyone who have problem.

Edit: Also be sure to use vent (I'm sure someone else already said this) so you can let any admin on there know if there is a problem.

I know you like to play Italy a lot and that is where I usually am. As far as team flashing goes, we will throw out warnings for it, but we have to make sure that we find the actual culprit rather than just kicking people because we saw one in 15 throw a flash at the beginning of the round. I under stand your concern however, and agree 110% with what Blindy said.

I think I was in italy server yesterday when that member was doing teamflashing on purpose,but I kicked him for that.Hopefully they will stop trolling people on purpose and just play the servers and have some fun.I usually will warn them first and go from there but that guy kept teamflashing on purpose after being warned so justice was done.I am usually on italy server at night,and you can add me to FL so I can come spec if there is ever something that requires an admin.
 
Also, it isn't always possible to get them right away. I know that from experience, so patience is also good. We are working on them, don't fret. Just be sure to notify admins with the chat option if there's issues :-)
 
Add me on steam also, I saw you on Italy and office the other day and that's where I am mostly. I'll be glad to help in the future.
 
Add all these fellows to steam and there is sure to be at least 1 person on at all times to come clean up the mess ;)
 
Thanks for all of your input. I will be recording demos and screenshots and recording steam ID's as I always have and I'll post them when it is necessary. I was just ranting for the most part..I think I had some valid point in there lol. Anyhow, thanks for putting up with my ranting and replying to it so quickly guys.
