Only if you get a hair or two with the bullet. If the bullet goes through the curls, it would not count as a headshot.

However, as a consolation prize to the person who shot the bullet, Colonel Sanders will join the highschool server and give Bob Ross a buzzcut if and when Bob Ross's afro is shot and it does not register as a headshot.
