TF2 Team had no intentions of pyro being considered female -> a large majority started questioning it -> people started speculating and saying it could be female -> TF2 Team now has a twist on pyro they can hold back for the final Meet the.. video to make TF2 more interesting (hence why there are alot of feminine hats for pyro).

This issue always bugs me when it arises. Making the pyro a female is an ironic attempt at suggesting gender equality. Why make the pyro be a female after all this time, when you could just give the option of choosing male or female for every class. And on a sidenote, make the pyro voice commands understandable so they can actually be used. What is the point of voice commands if they aren't comprehendable.
