High Pitched monitor whine

My secondary monitor started making a high pitched whine sound yesterday and I have a feeling its getting ready to die on me. I would like to stay in the same size range of about 20-24" resolution doesn't concern me as much, but I would prefer no lower than 1600x900 since its a secondary for web browsing and such.

On as side note:
I'm still trouble shooting to see if I can find an answer to the issue so if anyone has any ideas, let me know.
