Need new phone

So I haven't had a phone for a while. To be honest I think I need finally need to upgrade, anyone have any ideas for a good phone. I'm looking for a $50 month plan no contract or contract with internet, any price of the phone, and if possible I want to get read of my mp3 and use my phone instead for music. So yeah please help !! Also I like touch screens.
I don't want the overhyped iphone either >_>

I like my mobile laptop in the form of a phone. Idk how much the cheapest plans are but im loving my droid bionic. I use it as a phone, internet, gaming device for when im bored, car audio device, mp3 player, online radio player, gps, alarm clock, calender, email device, boredom killer device, ect...........
