Dumb Question for all you BF3 peoples

Heres a dumb question, i keep getting called a hacker in servers because im owning people. is there a way i can install a "im not a hacker" program to show them im running a clean machine? I got banned from a server this morning because i kept headshotting this dude with a m420. banned for aimbot and wall hacking. i was playing sniper using the m420 and the portable motion detector. told the dude he was full of crap and everyone else on the server said the same thing. Another case of im dieing and hes cheating i guess. Anyways input on this please anyone would be nice.
 
If you're having hacks called on you, don't play on those servers. That's all the advice I can offer, since there will always be those who will ban you, as you said, if they die from you. PunkBuster will scan your game files anyway (I think? Confirmation of this?), and as long as EA doesn't ban you, you're fine.
 
I just ignore em, 90% of my play is on eGO servers anyways so this isn't too much of an issue for me. Though last night I did get accused of hacking on both TDM and B2K and the accusers just ended up rage quitting anyways. But honestly there will always be those admins who cannot tell a good player from a hacker and we cannot do anything about it because those are not our servers. So my suggestion, play on eGO's servers whenever you can. If we ever get suspicious of a player using hacks we will always look-up that players overall stats then make a decision.

furthermore, yes punkbuster scans your game for hacks.. when ever a player with a hack injected into the game tries to connect to a pb protected server, he will imediatly be banned and the following message will appear in the chat "<name> was banned <type of hack, or if the player is a repeated offender>.. BUT it seems to me like on servers that use other anti cheat systems lige GCC stream, punkbuster doesnt work properly, it doesnt ban hackers as they attempt to connect.

There are plenty of hacks that are not detected by PB
 
yes but every day several are being detected and patched into the pb system, but its REALLY hard to lay one step ahead of those (sorry the expression :P) bastards :s
 
Perhaps others can correct me here, but :
If I felt like my honor or integrity was really being called into question and it really, and I mean really, bothered me... I guess I could consider finding that server's clan's website and making a polite post explaining there was a misunderstanding.

If the admin was a loose cannon, you may get a good response and the clan may appreciate the confirmation they've trusted the wrong person as admin.
If the whole clan is made up of people like the admin who banned you... you may get a tirade full of colorful metaphors for your efforts.

If it's a server you played on often and think you'll miss it... maybe worth a shot.
Otherwise, job well done on :chair: the enemy :laugh:
 
Getting accused and banned for "hacking" is all based upon the admins that are online at the time. I am a really good Chopper pilot and if I get my hands on a chopper on some random pub server, I usually get accused of being a hacker. I have been banned from more then 1 server for rolling over an enemy team while I was piloting. Not much you can do about it, if the admins of the server don't want you there because you are killing him repeatedly, they are within their right to ban you, nothing in the ToS says otherwise, just find a friendly server to play on that doesn't have uptight admins that will ban just because you're doing well.
 
Back when I played BF3 (hardware issues are stopping me atm) I was accused of being a hacker quite often. I've been banned from multiple servers. I usually just move on. However, if I find a server I really like, I usually go to the clan website or forum and post my concerns. Usually it leads to someone getting their admin revoked. Personally I don't like things going down that way, but I don't hack, so I'm not going to take consequences that aren't reserved for me (if that makes any sense).
 
Update

So i jumped on there TS and had a really nice chat with his upper clan members asking what the deal was anyways. And it was just that the admin was really pissed off because i was killing him and kick/banned me because i was the one killing him none stop. the Ban has been removed from their server and playable again. The admin that was doing this has since lost admin rights for abuse of admin tools. so they said.:chair:
