Have you ever "cleaned out" your Steam's Friend list? How often?

Funny this is asked, I JUST did something of a purge, removing everyone who I did not know in real life and have not talked to/played with in a long time. I went from 225 down to 61.

As a recruiter with over 40 recruits, I have to delete people constantly to add potential recruits. Because remenber 40 yeses and 30 maybes and 30 i havent asked yet is half my friends list. -.-
