This tutorial is for people how sort of know there way around photoshop
1) Duplicate the background layer twice (Cmd/Ctl J). Select center layer ? turn off top and bottom layers
2) Filter ? blur ? smart blur (R ? 5.7, T- 27.6, Q ? High, mode ? edge only
3) Select ? color range (click in black, invert)
4) New layer. Turn off selection layer
5) Edit ? Fill- foreground color ? (black). CMD/ALT D, For Deselect
6) Command/Alt ? new layer (new layer below current layer). Swatches ? select light color ? Edit - Fill
7) Add texture ? texturizer ? sandstone
8) Activate ?photo? layer. Add layer mask (3rd button from the left)
9) Use gradient tool (linear ? blk to trans) to reveal line drawing underneath
10) Lower opacity of line drawing layer to 75%
You don't just have to do it with this picture you can do it with actual people if you wanted to for example.
