Could not PM you Skippy, but this is something others may be interested in anyways. I wanna get more realism scrim experience. Which servers/clans will allow us to join their realism events and what are their IPs? Let me know when you are participating, I would like to join in. TY

Sorry about that Wewo, I had to delete a grip of sweet nothing PMs from the love triangle that's developing between Stormy and Sumac but my inbox is much lighter now.

I'm at work right now so I don't have specific unit/server/IP info, but if you're interested in getting more realism experience outside of our own events, you can follow these steps to find a server or two to join --

1. go to your "Find Servers" tab and hit refresh
2. when it's done refreshing, sort the servers by "locked" (i.e. password protected) vs. "unlocked"
3. scan through the list of locked servers for those that are populated and have some sort of "Realism" description, and if it's at the right time of the day and the right time of the week a couple of those should be on-going realisms
4. save for a couple of units/servers, the server password is typically "realism" (even for the German and French realism units)

Some notes though for those playing on non-eGO "pub realisms" --

• different realism units/servers have differing realism rules (e.g. some don't allow roofs, most don't allow rifle nade priming, different boundaries on the same map, etc.), make sure to pay attention to the nuances of each unit/server
• remember that as long as you have your eGO tags on, you're expected to adhere to our code of conduct even when on non-eGO servers
• and finally....don't forget to spend some time on our own servers to get them going too!

Thanks Skippy, can I just join, even if they are in the middle of it? What are the proper courtesies in this regard? And I always wear my tags and follow eGO rules, even in RL (well not quite). Cowboy, I wish there was a New Yoik eGO viewing

If you join when the realism has already started, just hit auto-join and you'll slot right in. If they're in the middle of picking teams, just head over to the wall/fence/etc. that they're using. You can also leave whenever you need to, but obviously it's not courteous to do so if you're the leader of one of the teams. Otherwise just make sure you listen to the server admins and team leaders. Some are stricter than others in that regard.

My comment about following our code of conduct wasn't directed at you Wewo, we all know you're one of our model citizens.........it was just a general reminder for others who might be viewing this thread.

Just got back from watching it....I'd give it a 7.5/10, which is pretty high coming from me.

That sounds about right. It definitely isn't one of the greatest all time, but it is still a great movie.
