My client times out very much. Just middle in the game, and iam out. :S its not a steam problem. After the disconnect i can rejoin. Somethimes a play ouers without having this problem, and somethimes i get it when iam just in. I have this problem in all servers.

And things are turning black. Like maps, guns, everyting. :S ITs very ennoying. Especially if your sniper scope is turned black.

as for the turning black or purple checkered...yes that is a steam error and if you sign out and reconnect it will fix it (does every time that i do)

for the client timing out it may just be bad connection like myself...i time out very often and then just re-connect. it may just be our connection problem.

What type of connection do you have?
