Now this is the simple process you can use to make it as easy as possible.
Step 1: Forum Registering.
Step one is registering with the eGO site at
http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/cmps_index.php
and registering under the name [Place Recruits Name Here]
Step 2: Maul.
For this step go to the players steam profile and copy the URL to the profile.
Next you will go to http://steamidfinder.com/ and place this URL.
Hit Enter and this will give you a steam id.
Step two is going to this link and entering your steam id in
http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/maul.php?p=mygameids
your steam id is [Place Recruits ID]
Once your steam id goes in connect to an eGO server so your id can be verfied.
Step 3: Posting an Application
You as the recruiter already have most of the information needed so fill in a
Template so that your Recruit has a less stressful time.

by hitting new thread and entering the information i give you.
