I'm proud of you guys for all the work with server filling but these numbers need to go up especially since a lot of those recruits are from BC2. We have 4 BF3 servers for a total of 192 slots vs just 64 slots for BC2. There should be many more BF3 recruits than BC2 recruits. We need to shift our focus from just server filling to filling then recruiting. ThundrRok will be pushing recruiting a lot over the next few months. Please request access to the eGO Recruiting usergroup by going to my groups. Thundr will be using the recruiting forums and the Division Discussion to get these numbers up. I beg you to try recruiting.

This is deeply saddening. I couldn't play after the 12th (excuses), but here again our whole division needs to recruit, not just some of us. Also, retention...keep them around.
