I never really understood this "saying"

It could mean you care so much, you cannot simply care less, no matter what. Those who care a great deal, could also not care less.

But I understand the concept which people use the term. It's completely out of context.

What bothers me is "All of a sudden" instead of saying "suddenly".

There's a number of these things that just don't make much sense.

Why do we park on a driveway but drive on a parkway?

We can outgun, outmaneuver, outsmart... and yet if I'm outraged, it doesn't actually mean I have been out-raged...

We need more engineers in English departments to re-organize the whole thing.

A very polite way of saying "I don't really give a damn." But in a less uncouth and more elegant manner of speech. Probably why a base, uneducated person such as yourself fails to comprehend it's true meaning. Does this render the concept of the saying clear to you young Tanner?

It does not seem very "elegant" to me to take a logical saying and bastardize it by making it completely nonsensical. Also to call me " a base, uneducated person" makes you seem quite foolish considering I graduated high school with honours and am currently attending Queen's University, where I am studying Electrical and Biomedical Engineering.
