Server Info Freeze

anyone else get this thing where when it trys to get the server info, it freezes, i.e. when it says 'Retrieving Sever Info' on most source games, or when it starts initializing resources on hl2, cause it makes me time out on the servers, cause serverside, im really in there, but actually, my tf2 if frozen. I started to play css, and it doesnt do that, well it does, but for 1 second pretty much. So im wondering why does it do this, and how to fix this
btw i have 2gb ram, so im sure this has a really big part of this

Mine is the same way too. I don't see why it happens.

It keep getting stuck at "parsing game info". It's really getting annoying.

mine is much worse, i mean 5 minutes of frozen, and when it finally comes to, i find i was kicked(also im on a css gungame RAGE, i mean im just destroying) should i report this to valve? it really messes me up

imma try setting "hl2.exe" to priority on my ram,hah
