.NET Framework 2.0 Help

Im one of those people that have a (for some strange reason) a corrupted Accessibility.dll, and i need someone to upload theirs, make sure its a 32 bit Windows 7. What this(the corrupted Accessibility.dll) Is causes an error where it says it cant find it. Most importantly, if a game runs with 2.0, 3.0, or 3.5, it makes this error come up. Ever heard of Tribes Ascend? Well Im one of those lucky people that got accepted into the closed beta, but it runs on 3.5, so when i click the error for it to continue, the update screen comes up, but its more of a picture, not a window. Im wondering if anyone else has had this problem,and how they fixed it, as in how do I unregister the dll frommy system registry, without completely uninstalling 2.0, because that would probably take a really long time, and keep me from running firefox or something until all of them get reinstalled. I have looked up this, and the best idea is to replace my Accessibility.dll. Its found in this directory:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Frameworks\2.0.xxxx.xx
It should be right under the folders. Remember that you might have the change the permissions on it to copy it. Also this is a SERIOUS thing and a lot of products dont work because of this. It also affects my Runtime and Catalyst Control programs which im pretty sure is important for a lot of my computer.

Not finding a file and having a corrupt file are two totally different scenarios.

You do not need to be messing with registry over this problem. Microsoft Framework files are intended to be removed by the Windows Installer. Removing/unregistering these files from your registry has an exceptionally high chance of failure for critical components. Windows Installer will do all the hard work for you, that's why it exists.

Uninstall 2.0 should take no more than 2 minutes, you restart, and try to install the most updated version.

my computer came with it, and the command for the installer to reinstall for some reason doesnt work, so my only option to uninstall is get rid lf its registry files, and delete the files, then run the installer, i hope i dont break my computer, OH WAIT, its already broken
btw: when write installer in the run program, push enter, and look for the 2.0 installer, its not there, and like i said the downloadable ones command to reinstall doesnt work
