Hey guys! Long time no see 
I retired from Council early last year (due to some work conflicts - I was working like 16 hour days!), but I've been keeping tabs on the clan since.
I wanted to fill you guys in on something really cool that I've been a part of in the past couple of months.
If you're in IT or CompSci, etc, you're probably familiar with the Stack Exchange network - think StackOverflow, SuperUser, AskUbuntu, etc. Well, a while back they launched a "gaming" themed version. For the past couple of months I've been messing around on there, and every so often they do really cool promotions.
If you get a few hundred reputation points on the site (by asking and answering video game questions), you can sign up for a drawing for free games. They do one every couple of months, and they usually have more games than they can hand out! So far I've scored 3 titles on launch day in the past 4 months or so. The only catch is that you have to ask questions about it on the site, which is pretty easy, honestly. $60 worth of game for a half hour or so of your time asking about things you'd have to have read a FAQ for anyhow is pretty easy work, IMHO.
I've even recruited a couple of guys who might be familiar faces if you've been around the clan for a while - both tiddy and RESPAWN recently got free copies of ME3 and are asking and answering like crazy!
Right now they're doing a BIG, BIG push for Mass Effect 3. They're giving away a ton of prizes, including new TVs, video game consoles, Razer brand accessories, and a ton more. You can read about the promotion here: http://me3missions.com/
Part of winning prizes is sharing links to questions and answers on the site. Would you guys mind helping me out?
There's no requirement to sign up or do anything special, no ponzi scheme credit card signups or any of that stuff. Just clicking the link and letting it load is enough. I've got to get 5 people (at least ) to look at 15 of my links. I'm trying to spread it around a bit to not spam anyone in particular
