Help binding the "medic" command

HI,
I need help binding the "medic" command to a key on my keyboard. I have been told that I can do it through the console but I have do idea what to type in order to bind that specific command.

bind t "say_team medic"

thats what it is for me. you can replace any key for the 't'

bind x "say medic" if u dont wanna bind that team chat and u type that console

bind t "say_team !medic" is the best way
