asus maximus IV extreme HELP!!!

I have tried everything i can think of so hopefully someone here can help me out. i have the maximus IV extreme and it will not post. The debug led's run though some numbers and then the system powers down, then powers back on and repeats over and over. The led lights that say "cpu_led" and so on light up, until the dram_led then thats where the system powers down and restarts. ALL the ram sticks where pressed all the way down, i have even taken all but 1 stick out and it still does not post, nor give a debug led code. i have looked everywhere and im about to give up. please help!

how do you have it set up to run dual power supplies?

Are you just shorting the pins on the 750w?

from everything i read the mobo was defective, so i rma'ed it for a new one. I bought a harness for 2 power supplies a while ago. basically 1 psu plugs into it and then straight too the mobo, and the other plugs into a piece that is "piggy-backed" using a green and black wire.
