If someone shows interest I'm happy to help them out, I just try not to spam, be pushy, or force it upon people. If they want to, great, if they don't want to, that's fine too, their decision to make.

I generally don't ask people to join anymore, however if someone express's interest in eGO I will go the full mile in order to help them through the application process.

Yes, I tries to recruit people when INS is still hosted by eGO.
Not now, because I only plays ArmA2 in eGO server and SP scenarios.

i voted other because i pretty much never recruit, in my 2 and a half years in the community i can still count my recruits on my fingers

the only time that i even bother trying to recruit people is when ive played with them for a long time and i know theyre right for us

because lets be honest, quality>quantity

I don't go looking for people, but whenever someone shows interest in our servers I give the recommendation to join and point them in the right direction, here.

I guess, it's pretty much the same approach we take to admining.
In this case, enjoying the game comes first, recruiting second.

People do like our servers.
It's even the reason I joined.
