When I was in eGO, I would recruit occasionally, unless we were in a dire need of recruits in the TF2 Division.

Even as a new kid on the block I try lol. I tend to let people know that if they are interested I can help them but I never spam. I will usually say something if a lot of people leave or new people join. Never more than once an hour. But I spend a lot of time on the Highschool Server so that is where my main stomping ground is.
