Just stumbled upon this game last night, looks really cool. It's like a mixture of Elder Scrolls and Demon's Souls.

There are 3 classes: Fighter, Archer, and Mage, and you can main/sub them to create Assassin, Mage Archer, and Mystique Knight. You also have a party of 3 other AI controlled characters, one is your own trainee I guess you could say, called a Pawn, that you can customize to compliment your own character (Mage main + Figher Pawn).
