I just picked mine up yesterday and I can honestly say I am quite impressed. The visuals are looking much nicer than the PSP and it's obvious the hardware is a big improvement. The most lacking thing as of right now is games to play. I have FIFA and Unit 13. Waiting for Call of Duty, NBA, and other popular titles to come out. But right now I am content with getting used to what the Vita has to offer. If you have one, please PM me with your PSN username and I will add you so we can game it up.

It is rather expensive right now, especially b/c I bought the 3G version with AT&T. But honestly, its going to be a long lived handheld system. The hardware, HD resolution, built in mic, playstation network, etc. it going to be utilized well when the good titles start dropping on the vita. Like Killzone, Call of Duty, maybe a Battlefield game? I think its well worth it. But youre right, wait for games to come out and the price drop

Waiting on Burning Skies to pick one up. But if that doesn't seem to turn out well then I don't really know what I'd want one for. I want a really good multiplayer TPS or FPS that I can laze around the house or be at the coffee shop and play.

Yeah, Killzone is supposed to be coming to the vita pretty soon and call of duty has already announced a vita title. Everyone wants a multiplayer shooter right now. They have no choice but to make one
